The Tuesday session is adaptable for all levels of experience and fitness.
The social runs on a Thursday night also cater for a wide range of abilities, please see social media posts for the group abilities running.
Other tools which will help you are our beginners course, the NHS Couch to 5k plan and parkrun to get you started.

Is there parking at the training venues?
Yes, there is parking at Billericay school, Hannakins and Gloucester Park. Please see the events calendar to which venue we are at.

What is the format for training sessions?
On Tuesdays we encourage people to arrive early (18:50) to hear any club announcements and what the session will be. The coached sessions usually follows this format: Easy warm up jog, mobility/dynamic stretching, session, easy jog cool down run and static stretching.

Do I need any special equipment or gear.

We recommend having running specific trainers as this will help with comfort and injury prevention. During the winter months please wear high-viz clothing.
