Training sessions

From Tuesday 30th March we will commence with limited numbers Coached Sessions at Billericay School. This will initially be for 5 weeks, so 30/03, 06/04, 13/04, 20/04, and 27/04.
To attend the session you will need to sign up via the Eventbright system we used when we were coming out of previous lockdowns. Details of this process will be published here, on our FB page and on the club website. Details of each weeks session will also be published beforehand via these same platforms.

I should add that at present this is just for the Seniors as previously, so age 17 and above
Social distancing will have to be strictly observed before commencement of the session (warm up stage), and upon conclusion (cool down and stretching), so you will have to remain in your allocated group at all times.
During the coming weeks the Coaches will plan the venues and sessions to take us from May 4th onwards.

Billericay Striders run coached sessions on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and self-paced runs on Thursday evenings, Wednesday lunchtime and Sunday mornings. Runners of all abilities, and potential new members wanting to try us out, are welcome at each session.

Please check the website / Facebook for any alterations to location and session details, as these are dependant on the weather, coach availability, and the number of runners.
